One Room basic

This package is ideal for clients who require 2D dimensional plan(s) and elevations to generate a new layout design for their space.

After making your order, you'll be required to send in a sketch plan of your existing space with a detailed summary of the design direction you'd like to follow. Additionally, a video consultation must be booked to capture the full design brief.

What's included in this package:

• Detailed 2D Floor plan

• Detailed 2D wall elevations

What's not included:

• 3D visualizations

Additional fees will apply for an on-site measurement.

Drawings are adequately detailed to enable you carry out your project on your own.

All final drawings are digital - no hard copies provided.

One room is classified as a single-function space; an adjoining space will be regarded as an additional room.
